Open Outlook Express. Click Tools and go down to Accounts.  Click Add and select News.

Next to Display name: Enter Your Name Here 
Click on Next

Click the Next button.
In the News (NNTP) server box, type news.sunnet.net.

Click the Next button.
In the Internet news account name box, type SunNet News.

Click the Next button.
Select Connect using my phone line.

Click the Next button.
Select Use an existing dial-up connection.
Select your SunNet dial-up connection

Click the Next button.
Click the Finish button.

Once you are finished it will ask you if you would like to subscribe.  Click the Yes button.  If you are not currently connected tot he internet it will also prompt you to connect.
